Rates and booking policies 

Reservations made trough the booking platform on our website

• For credit or debit card payments, we invite you to make your reservation through our booking platform, available on our website. The reservation must be paid in full
• Please note that selecting a particular cabin during the booking process on the website does not guarantee that this specific cabin will be assigned. The cabins are shown only for presentation purposes. When making your reservation on the Madre Natura website, one of our four 6-person cabins will be assigned to you 24 hours before your arrival. You will be notified via written message on WhatsApp. It is important to mention that all four 6-person cabins are identical in infrastructure and only differ in their decoration and location within the premises.

Reservations made through bank transfer and payment system

• For reservations made via bank transfer, please contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. Reservations through bank transfer can be made by paying 50% of the total reservation cost.
• The quote provided via email is only valid on the day it was sent.
  For reservations using bank transfer, the maximum deadline to make the 50% prepayment of the total stay is the same day the quote was provided.
• Only the amount calculated and communicated during the quote via email will be accepted as the prepayment.
• The reservation is final only when you receive confirmation via our email: info@madrenatura.cl

Cancellation policy

• If you cancel 7 or more days before the arrival date, 100% of the prepayment will be refunded if the reservation was made via bank transfer.
• If you reserved through our website, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded, minus the commission percentage of the card used for the booking.
  Credit: 1.36% + VAT
  Debit: 0.78% + VAT
• No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date, nor for private reasons, force majeure, or weather conditions.
• If you check out before the reserved date, all nights and services booked will be charged.
• By making a prepayment or payment, you accept all these terms.

House rules

• Upon arrival, each guest must check in and pay the outstanding balance.
  Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out is at 12:00. A late check-out will incur an additional charge.
• The maximum capacity of the cabin is 6 people, including children and infants. The reservation will be automatically canceled if, upon arrival, the number of people exceeds the amount specified in your reservation confirmation.
• For everyone’s safety, visitors are allowed under certain conditions. Please inform us if you are expecting any visitors.
• Smoking inside the cabin is prohibited.
• Parties or events (e.g., karaoke or loud motorcycles) that cause disturbances are not allowed.
• Please respect the rest of other guests starting at 20:00.

Sustainability

For the care of the environment, we do not provide microwaves or kettles. You can place your organic waste in our worm composter. Cans, jars, paper, plastic bottles, and glass bottles can be placed in the drawers of your cabin.

If a cabin incurs damages, the guest will be required to pay an amount corresponding to the incurred damages.
